Not divulging that the boat sank is certainly bad enough, but I think the fact that he has ran the boat less than an hour since the motors have been re-fired tells me he is definitely trying to screw someone. I guarantee this a$$hole is holding his breath hoping the motors last through a sea-trial if it ever gets that far.
Reminds me of the two dikheads Scott Nagy, dds and Jeff Wilson of Marine Tech Concepts that screwed me.......makes me sick that this type of person exists and thinks they aren't doing anything wrong.
