my 92 with carolina 575's, 3a's and 25 x17 wheels is running around 74 -75mph. i did rise the drives my 2" a couple of years ago. tank that surprise's me you did not see more mph.

Almost Ready. 2 x 605 Hp with Arnesons. 1994 Top Gun. Full Cabin. Had bravo ones. Top speed was 73mph on empty and perfect chop.

Yeah where's the pix! And really interested in how this turns out...or maybe I shouldn't be cause it will be just another "upgrade" I will want to do to my boat

I can tell you one thing, I have the wrong props. Took forever to get on plane. I will have to get 5 blade, 18 inch diameter props. No WOT information at this time. Did a test run about a month ago and we had steering hydraulic issues and had to bring the boat back to shore. Boat should be ready within the next 2 weeks.

Urban disturbance - looking good. Post up your results once you test. I'm interested to see what the speed improvement may be. Cool project.

Arnesons look KILLER on the boat David!! Anyone know if you have to do that much cutting to put #6s on?

What gear ratio did you go with in your Arneson setup the 1.54 or the 1.32.
