Pulled the baffles out of the oil pans so I could wash them real good.

Dual trap doors in the pans

New drain fitting welded on the bottom of the pan. They were leaving 3 quarts in the pan where they were draining it..... Then wondering why the oil temps would get hot That tends to happen when your close to a gallon overfull

Baffles Cleaned up

All put back together

Checking the air gap with the new oil pump/pick up tube combo. Will be prefect when the gasket is in place!!

New paint job on the oil pans!

As promised!! I will show you how to put Gen 6 Valve Train into a Mark IV Block

If your blocks have these holes you are all set!! It is that simple!! Just remember Mark IV blocks use link bar lifters... Not the Gen 6 Lifters. You will use The Gen 6 Step Nose Cams, Gen 6 Cam Plate w/Bolts & Gen 6 Timing Chain!!

Cam Plates installed, Joe had to machine around .005 off the plate to get the camshaft end play correct. He also put slots in the plates in an X pattern (Both Sides) to help them oil better!!

Timing Chain installed and Checking Camshaft Endplay!

Joe Irwin @ Fast Forward 727-847-5777 can make these spray bars for anyone that wants a set!! They are around $320 complete with all the hardware and lines!! Super easy machining process to install them!! I am pretty sure he said you could even intall them at home for the people that are crafty like that!!
