OK, we have the rest of the valve train parts from Bob Madara!!

These are Custom Billet Steel Gen 6 (4,7,3,2) Swap Fire Cams!! The Firing order was changed to smooth out the harmonics in the bottom end. The new firing order is 1 8 7 2 6 5 4 3. You can see cylinders 4 7 3 2 were swapped from the original FO.

Yes this stuff is going into Mark IV Blocks!! I will show you how it's done when I get the blocks back from Fast Forward Marine/Race Engines!



Gen 6 Cams, Billet Double Roller Gen 6 (9 Position) Timing Chains, ARP (Metric) Cam/Timing Chain Bolts, Gen 6 Cam Retainer Plate, Correct Distributor Gear for the Billet Steel Cam Cores!!




Step Nose Gen 6 Billet Steel Cams




Custom Cam Card. 540 Cubic Inch Supercharged!




Billet Gen 6 Double Roller Timing Chains! 9 Position Crank Sprocket to fine tune your Cam Degree In




Made in USA!




Double Roller (2 Chains!)





Torrington Roller Bearing rides on the Cam Retaining Plate!





Gen 6 Cam Retaining Plates & Correct GM Bolts





Correct Distributor Gears for the Billet Steel Cam

Pressure Tested the Chillers Tonight!! Just have to polish them out now...

I used my Cat Hydraulic Test Equipment..... Modified it to use air instead of Hyd Fluid.



Test Fitting in the Chiller





Pressure tester with a 35lb Gauge hooked up





Put the Chillers under water





Put Air into the Chiller





Held 31psi for 2 hours!! Good to go!!

Everything is finally polished out!! Not even going to pretend like that was fun.....









Parts Cleaned and ready to go!! (Still have to rebuild the sea pumps)

Spent today getting the Garage Surgically Clean!! I am ready to build the engines now!!









My Clean Room!! Just have to get the everything from Fast Forward now!!

What blowers are you running? what snouts? Can you post detail pics of your blower pulley, and serpentine pulleys, and setup? Also, the blower belt tensioner?

I was looking over mine last night, I need to revamp some things and needed some ideas. Who makes a nice tensioner setup for the 420 Megablower???
