Was talking to a forum member and we both couldn't figure something out. We both noticed there is a differance between early and late straight bottom guns. Why do the later 90's top decks extend further back than the earlier guns? It seams there is a big difference. Early's extend~1.5" while late 90's are ~3"....... This has been bothering me for 6 months... What's the deal?

They had two different hull molds, my 393 has the short transom hangover, Picketts, "Lock & Load " staggered (one of the Five) 293 has the long hangover. Both are 93 boats. Both Top Guns. Made a year apart. We wondered about that before and asked Bud Lorrow.
