Default general bullett info wanted

speeds with 502's? 525's? 540's? 575's?
fuel capacity?
weight?
any flaws?
I have recently became interested in the 31 and am just looking for any info you guys could throw out there. love the old school look! I understand they are heavy for there size, we boat on lake Michigan and I think this hull would foot the bill for the bigger water.....
