Shouldn't, but maybe valve springs, depends on the requirement of the new cam

Id rather take a few weekends of boating off, stick some proven cams in it, and enjoy boating after.
It wont be fun if lifter tie bars start breaking, rockers snap trunions, and so forth, and valve seats are beat to chit.
Id like to be positive and say "it should be fine" , but way to many guys have had issues with these high lift cams from bob now that people are finally fed up, and finding out there are many others who have had same issues, when initially it was kept quiet , and blamed on parts and assembly.

You guys can pick every aspect of Tims build apart but what it really comes down to is he trusted a professional Engine Developer to guide him through this build. Tims main goals were increased power that equates to increased speed, and reliability. The engine developer failed at accomplishing what Tim hired him for. Worst part is he doesn't even have peace of mind!
No company is perfect but the icing on the cake is the horrible customer service recieved after problems arose. That right there is what makes a good business succeed over the rest.
Tim coukd have got similar results for much less money

Well I am honestly sick of tearing into my fufking engines 2-3 times a year, Like Kevin said I spent TONS of money to be "worry free" and I have yet to not worry.... I could have saved 20 THGOUSAND dollars and had better results...I my eyes to change cams is more then it seems.... cams, springs, timing sets, and most likely pushrods due to Bobs small base circle, so that's not just swapping cams... as much as it sucks I am pretty much forced to run what I have, I also have a wife that is sick of being second to the boat and I cannot keep doing this crap. if it breaks it breaks I will deal with a solution at that point, I know everyone will say " I told you so" but I don't have much choice, I have many other things to deal with at the same time at home, house, family...
So things are what they are, I pray I get lucky and I do not have issues...
