Sorry nobody told you what you wanted to hear and just spoke the truth.... I did notice you seemed to take more pictures of the cigarette paint then of the actual boat....

No one belittled you and no one knew you were a woman until you announced it. You got responses and sound advice that you didnt like, so you lashed out at the forum members. Additionally, you were rude yourself. Repect is earned and calling out established members is not the way to earn it.

I registered to this forum as well as others to see if someone knew what kind of boat this was. Some of the comments that were posted are rude. The fact I am a young woman, I have to stand up for myself as people like yourself have this male ego issue and like to belittle women. Now, I may not know a real Cigarette from a clone, so forgive me for registering to this site to ask. There's other forums like you posted above that have been very helpful and are not rude. I'll leave this forum and take myself over there where I know I'll get some better respect.

For those who actually took the time to respond with useful information, thank you. It's much appreciated.

Good day,
Tiffany

Welcome to OSO, Tiffany. I'd seriously consider stripping the boat, selling off what you can, sell off the trailer, and scrap the hull. There is a reason someone walked away from this mess.

Very strange / different to say the least.
Yep this same boat was on here about 3 years ago with pics . I recognize the extra lightning provided by the
deck mods.

Hi, I found out this is a 28' Rabco. Parker's father Randy passed away who made this boat. Parker still makes Rabco in St. Petersburg, FL. I spoke with him today. Very nice man. There's a lot on this boat that is not right according to him. The real hull id is hidden behind the metal plate which I plan on finding out today. Parker needs the hull id to find out the year and specs of the boat. I plan on restoring the boat to the original state now that I know what it is. I'm not a fan of clones either and will be taking off anything Cigarette related. This is a HUGE project, but I really like the boat and find the history of where it came from very exciting. I look forward to learning more about it. I found out they may even have original photos of what this looked like.

Thank you,
Tiffany
