Thanks kreed, before it was redown it ran about 80/82 with 500efis, now with these motors I don't know, I haven't fired them yet, its going to the MDG shop on Thursday to get dynoed, anybody want to guess, its now 509s afr 335 heads, crane 691 cam 3.3 stage 2 whipples, and xr drives with -2" shortys, and yes I know the drives are going to blow..lol

Well if your starting from 0 I would go to a truck stop or order some alum. cleaner (acid) from Wab, and flash clean the alum, then I'd get two buffing wheels, my peterbuilt dealer has them, one yellow which I would use the red bar of jeweler polish and that's a cutting compound, use that first, after that I'd use a white wheel, with a white bar of jewel polish, and I take it one step farther I get a soft cotton wheel from eastwood and use wabs liquid polish, if you do that it will look like a mirror when it done, it is a very dirty job, you will a couple shades darker till your done, but once you get it to that point, to maintain it I just use Wabs liquid by hand it goes on very easy and comes off easy. There's tons of you tube vids on polishing aluminum check them out to know what your getting yourself in too...

I like this idea Kevin! I will own a Bullet someday for sure. Great boats and lot of fun. I would want one with decent power Imco drives and dry exhaust.
