Hey 302Sport, My Tiger has 653" Zul 1000's and I don't have a problem maintaining blower motors that are properly assembled and reliable. My concerns are the unknowns that are possible in what for me is a large investment turning into a money pit. I know that may sound naive because this hobby just swallows money, I will claim the devil you know verses the devil you don't know!

How many hours have you put on them? I would consider yourself lucky if you have a lot of time with no issues. Why don't you keep your power and buy the 46 without power?

Admittedly only 270 hours. The previous owner did a refresh at about 220 hours, when a timing chain let go in the port motor. As stated, not a mechanic and don't want to get into swapping/pulling engines. The draw of a newer, bigger boat, and an attractive reduction in price is a strong draw in the middle of January though!

Contact Wesco engines in Jenison Michigan, it sat there for a while and I thought Dave did motors for it at one point.

Thanks for that Nykamp - don't know who owns it, like a lot of "deals" somewhat notorious boat. You don't get all this great input if you are looking at a Sea Ray!

Nope, Priced at 200k in boat trader ad. Ad in OSO classifieds is not current, boat is out of Florida and is on the lot in Trenton NJ. I spoke with a salesman named John, he said that he is listing it for Cobra Marine who still owns the boat. The warranty on the motors is contingent on the purchase price, suggesting that there is still some room for negotiation.
