03 top gun 1200hp+ best props?
Hello I had 850hp ran 97mph best freshwater with bravos. Engine builder said now 1300hp figure 1200+ to be safe also running scx4 Imco drives now. Looking for best prop set up? I’m sure this is a common combo out there trying to find best setup is a nightmare thanks

Darr? Most 38TS’s have XR’s or sport masters....SCX’s -4 s aren’t a common setup, so you might want to provide the gear ratio and if you’re running SSM or Bravo style props, what rpms the engine make max power

Lol^^^^ if you were 850 Ea and only 97mph --- i think your engine builder needs a New dyno --- Just Sayin'
Or if 850 Total you Need a new GPS

1. who is the engine builder?
2. was the x dim changed?
3. did you stay with bravo style or switch to #6 style props
4. you probably wont get much more than this unless you give some more info. jus saying if you want info be a little more upfront. most of us know the boats that are out there running big HP

I am not the original owner assume xdimension is stock
haven’t purchased new props yet was waiting for recommendation since nobody seems to swap Props
Was just looking through classifieds trying to find boats with similar power to get an idea prop selection but now I’m more confused than ever from what I see the same boats with 525 hp are running The same Props Merc 30p 4blade as I ran with old motors ran 97mph at 5700 rpm. New motors make good power up to 6000rpm
