Looks nice, ITS is so much cleaner, tho bleeding it can be a PITA if not done right believe me I know..........

Nice. What bilge paint did you use? Looks like gelcoat it came out so well. Of course now the problem is your going to want to keep it clean.

I sanded everything with, I believe 80 grit. Didn't go to bare glass, but cleaned/ruffed it all up. Then used oil based rustoleum, gloss white, and a Napa hardner... 1gal paint, 1qt of hardner. Applied with a brush and small roller. Lays on really thick too. I'm gonna have sea dek put in, between the stringers and on the front step.

Did you install ITS's from the standard bravo assemblies? I gotta figure out how to route and plumb the power steering and trim lines now.

No mine was already done, but when I put the new engines in air was a beach to get out of the system, if you need some pics let me know

its easy, still the 500efi?.. the only thing you need is the harden marine reservoir . I was having issues on my 20, i put the new reservoir on, ran the pump to it. tuned from lock to lock 3 times and system was bled. i salvaged the one from my 20, and it still works but has some corrosion on it. keep the bilge floor as smooth as possible, and even use a thick ceramic on it so if oil or anything leaks it will slide right off.

Yes, still 500 efi's. Sounds good to me thanks. Bling and makes bleeding easier.... win win right there!
