Default Gladiator info

Been kicking around the idea of adding another boat, and always wanted a sit down. I have a 42 Scout CC now. Are there any concerns of transom and stringer rot on the Gladiators?
Anything else to be on the lookout for ? Thanks for any help, Jeff

Only the first couple Gladiators had wood transoms, then they switched to foam core. Quite a few have rolled over, but if re wired correctly at this point it wouldn’t bother me. I’d suggest posting which one you’re looking at or send me a a PM. I know history of 99% of them. The side by side Glads will have a lot more cockpit room and turn better. They also Make a narrow and wide cockpit, you can tell by the design of the dash. I loved the one I had.

PBC at LOTO has a 03 listed at present with Zuls. If you need another human to put some unbiased eyes on it LMK. Know nothing about where it came from but do have a buddy running Zuls on a Top Gun. He got rid of the carbs as it would load up on the bottom end rpms and F-injected it. Problem solved., I would assume on a 36 it runs like a scalded cat with 700s. #wintersucks
