My wife writes the checks, she is a sweetheart. I just need to make sure I replenish it when I can. After going to the Miami show I figured it is still way more cost effective to rebuild then buy new. Plus where else can you have this much fun.

Dart big m, Molnar rods, Manley 4340 cranks, Dart Pro 1 CNC heads custom ground roller cams, stainless rockers, N/A 540 ci, should be mid 700s per the builder, he builds this combo often. I went with the Konrad HP 540s. They are rated for 800 so I should be just under the limit. Also went with all new trans oil pumps, more clutches and plates. New coolers and of course new props. I’m not concerned about speed I just want a good cruise speed and dependable.

Since I like the lines and cabin in the cafe I figured I would just hang onto it and build a resto mod. Plus mine is one of only 3 built with the notch out of 110

Looking forward to seeing pics. Sounds like you are building a keeper there!. I just wanted to add that the notched transom makes a big difference top speed,...on the Bullet model anyways. Id say 3-5 MPH and honestly closer to the 5 MPH on the Bullet. I know every hull is different when it comes to how they react to mods, but the notch was definitely a "step" in the right direction! We need pics sooooon !!
