Thinking about an upgrade (newer faster cigarette)

Tom, Thanks for the feedback. I agree with your assessment, but that boat is pretty close to what I think I want to upgrade to. I actually think the worst thing is the trailer. Best thing is for sure the engines and 90+ mph. Although, I have never owned blowers on a car or boat. That then a negative for me.
I am trying to answer for my self what my goals are and budget is. First I have to sell my 1981 33' limited. I know it not worth much but I need to partways with it. I am not "good at selling my toys". There like the old dog that I can't put down myself. I am 99% there, that I am going to just "washes" get it started and selling to someone else as is. I thought if I traded it to the dealer I would get a toofer! The dealer is awesome. Very good to talk with and work with. He doing a great job of helping me buy that boat "my way". Really go balance of both clients. He was also so nice in saying that he does not deal with old boat like mine, so no trade.
What I am trying to accomplish is a newer faster boat. I think it has to be 75+ MPH. Hydraulic steering. It needs to be a good boat with life remaining in the boat and engines. Good thing about the boat above is engines only have 35 hrs on them.
New controls. I actually enjoy running my Sea Ray with twin throttles and shifters better than running my cigarette with the old integrated twin sticks. I am not sure about what "look" I am after. I am a traditionalist with everything. The boat probably going to just hit me just right with look. I am also trying to figure out what I am going to spend. Lots of moving pieces on my chess board but I need to get a game plan.
The only thing I am 99% sure of is sell my boat. I will have it listed soon. Then buy another cigarette. It will be 30-35 foot. I don't need anything bigger. The cabin is not important to me. I live on the water so I spend almost no time in a cabin. 75MPH+ which should feel way faster than my current 33 with 420's 50/60 MPH. Probably most important is great sounding engines. Great noise at startup and under power. Newer controls (including mechanical indicators). The mechanical indicators are really important to me. I don't trim my boat much due to concern and inexperience with fast boats. Having good trusted indicators is really important.

177's are great for torque on a 454, I built a pair of full roller 454's and spun the 177's all they could handle and only made 620. And that's with chillers. They just don't move enough air

After talking with a lot of people, everyone says to not upgrade my boats but buy an upgraded boat. That said, I want to figure out how to sell my boat. As is, turn key, or parts. Let me know what you all think about my estimates.
Parts value $25K (but lots of time involved)
1. Port 454/420 hp with less than 50 hours $4,500
2. Starboard 468/420 hp with less than 50 hours $4,500
3. Port Stainless Marine Exhaust system $2,500
4. Starboard Stainless Marine Exhaust system $2,500
5. Port TRS- $2,500
6. Starboard TRS -$2,500
7. Port Borg Warner Velvet Trans- $750
8. Starboard Borg Warner Velvet Trans- $750
9. Hull $500 with homemade trailer (no title)
10. Miscellaneous $500
Boat turnkey 50-60 MPH and 7.5 scale $18K-24K depending how nice I make it/ time
Boat as is needing fuel removed, carbs rebuilt/replaced, old tires, new batteries, detail, new cover... $13K as it set with me not touching it.
I am trying to figure out where to spend my time/ money and being fair to my family and the next buyer. Thoughts

Nice boat but I think I have landed on it going to be a Cafe Racer. Although I need to sell my boat for multiple reasons. First to move forward to the next boat. Second to free up some space and third is the cash is always nice. Any thoughts to my approach to selling it parts, as is, or turnkey. I leaning towards just taking the hit and selling as is!
