Trailer resto time

Cutting off old parts

Shorting up the length

Making new stands

Bracing up for new material


Making new cross members

Replacing all of them

Redid a Myco gooseneck for my topgun project. All new crossmembers all new axels tires wheels and paint. Took a few months lots of grinding and welding and planning. Fit the boat a few times. Did 8k axels 5/8 wheels studs.

Thanks !!! The boat is extremely close ! The trailer that was under the boat before was a manning box tubing trailer. It was a nice trailer but I want to take this boat over the road go see some places so the gooseneck custom built to the boat with big axels big brakes lots of storage and in my opinion goosenecks pull a lot better at 70mph. Sold my manning in may and took on this project lol lots of work but it came out really nice and Myco quoted me 71k for a new gooseneck trailer ……..

I will say tho Myco was incredible through this process they helped me with axel placing measurements and a few other things hats off to them ! They spent a lot of time helping me !!!

yeah and I was shocked at 35k for a basic aluminum! Although that was basically the same quote from all the nice trailer shops. Crazy.
