Under the stbd cushion are 2 valves. You need to open the small one for water in, the other one is out for waste, before any thing will work. Pour a little water in the bowl to prime, and then push the flush button to send water to the holding tank. Push both buttons to empty the tank overboard. The pumps are under the drivers footrest if you need to replace a pump or want to inspect the holding tank for leaks. I had to replace my pump. It wont work if your not in the water or dont supply water to the inlet.

In my boat its the bottom cushion foward of the cooler well. If you look under the boat you'll see 2 water pickups on the stbd side. Check your PM's.
