I have seen a bad pic of one that was in a Bond movie and trying to figure out which movie so I can some get paint ideas.
Probably early 60s. and the name on it is JEW CANOE lol. Some say change it- I say Bad Luck.

Any Bond fanatics that might know which one? Already watched Dr No and found out you can't even get old Bond movies free on steaming that I can find. Hmmmm
Well, since you are going to restore this cute beast,,,,,,, you will have plenty of time to research the 'Bond' paint livery !! That would be cool.

(( Try google - Bond film boat scenes / images ....

Sweet, leave the name.
Movie was Thunderball (1965)
Interestingly learned that as Buehler is still around and that was on their site linked below.
https://buehler-turbocraft.com/heritage
Says they even renamed the 19 Thunderball after the movie.
BTW does the jet even steer? Hard to picture the way it looks.

Perfect!! thank you Cheech- that is the pic I have also. I knew OSO would come through.

As for the Jet steer- good question- I would assume it pivots but have not done much yet. It does have a Steering wheel
