does anyone know anything about the 1990 42 cuv called "quality concrete"" thats been on and off ebay? did it go by a different name before? what do these boats sell for fully rigged without power?

james heres the link. i was interested in this boat but wasnt sure whats up with it. i know its been sitting for awhile cause it always gets relisted on ebay.

The buy it now was $60k the last time it was listed. No power with trailer.
