Here are some pics from the museum where you can see "Colibri".
The pictures has been found on the net and you`ll find more here at Jan Möller`s website about Pironi: www.didierpironi.net/loheac2005.html

If there are even more pics and info `bout Colibri & Rocky out there; feel free!

And WOW! What a nice model!!! Is there any plans for getting in running (radiocontrolled)? What are the measurments of this hull??? What is it made of??? This could be a real fast boat with a Zenoah 260 mod. engine (26 ccm)!!!
Maybe you should start producing them for us RC-speed-freaks!
I have to deliver that one before Christmas and don't have time to pull a mold of the deck. I do have the hull mold I designed and built years ago and am in the process of designing a new deck to run as an RC. We just got that one back from the decal shop and are mounting the #5's we now have a mold for and are getting ready to ship it. I should have some great shots to post by sunday.

Yes. The former F1-driver Didier Pironi and the rest of his crew of 2 after the boat hit a wave from a small tanker and went airborne. Came down upsidedown.....:-(
