was the only bertram i can find with the raised part in the deck, i wish i had more pics of it when it was done, it had a full interior with crystal booze bottles, mirrors and crushed blue velvet seats......all that and still han over 80 in 1978........
When we went places in that boat it got noticed, nobody was duing that stuff up here back then..........

Richie I spoke with Wally Franz in the UK at the National Motor Boat Museum a few years back. The first thing I asked him was what had happened to Pangare Gringo - he had loaned it to someone who then tried to take a moulding of the hull - it was destroyed in the process!!

I think I remember the Goodwrench boat running D class at Virginia Beach in '90 or '91 . We partied alot so my recollection may be flawed .
I ran D class so I was curious what it was , I had no clue but I do positively remember it being a really nice high quality looking vessel.

in 1974-75 a 38' with double cockpit and a modified deck with a little wheel-house(see the posts #88-89-90 ).
In 1976 he bought a (new?) 38' Competition not in Kevlar 49 named Streaker again coloured in red and white.
In 1978 Henn raced with another (third) 38' this time in Kevlar 49,the Natural Light, coloured in sky-blue. I think that this boat was owned by the Anheuser boss Bernie Little like alls the boats that him sponsored.
In 1980 Dale Whittington drove that boat renamed Swap Shop and coloured in red-orange-yellow over the original colours.
It seem that this Natural Light now it's the restored like a Whittaker Moppie of Sammy James.
There wasn't a Streaker 3.

It's a little thing but together with the fact that Streaker was not in Kevlar like wasn't Mr.Goodwrench it helps to confirm the news that Cristex was the ex Streaker.
