I have never seen that Motor City Magic before. I think I remember a black and green one(Cougar?)
What year were those Bandit pics taken? I see newer 2.4's on the boat next to it. Was that around '86?
In 1983 Bob Kehrig won the worlds with Cougar, a 32' Active cat, in 1984 he renamed the boat Motor Ciity MAGIC and raced her untill the end of 1985. By then this Active cat was worn out, we later made a pleasure boat out of her. In 1986 we built the new Image 33' Motor City MAGIC, this cat had some flaws but was much better than that early 32' Active.
The Bandit pic's were taken in 1987 in Grand Haven Michigan.
