Push Comes To Shove Take The Other One Apart And See Exactly What Is In There. They Are So Simple,you Will Be Suprized. The hardest part is to stretch the new boot over the drive. We tried soaking it in hot water, but found rolling it up, and putting it on like a condom worked the best.

Also, rotate the drive until the cap you want to remove it at the top. I had more pictures of the change, but I must have lost them when I had a computer crash last year. I'm sure they are still posted here on Oso somewhere.
