L.S.C. Old School Offshore Reunion June 14
The reunion at Emerald City Harbor on Lake St Clair is set for June 14. E.C.H. was ground zero for many of the race boats [Magnum, Mirage, Pantera & more] that raced in the 70's. At the Harbor there is a restaurant [Jack's] that will be a great place to meet and greet. I talked to the owners of Emerald City tonight, all is good for our June 14 old shool offshore reunion. Anyone who needs a place to store there classic boat & trailer for the weekend can do so at the harbor. And If you need a well overnight that can be arranged, but I will need to know ahead of time. [ PM me] We will have a parking area to display the boats even if you don't want to be in the water. All boat parking should be in walking distance of Jack's. Dockage at Jack's shouild be no problem if you get there by noon. Jack's is a separate business at the Harbor, so what ever you eat & drink will be at your expense. Any type of old school offshore boat is welcome. In tring to keep this SIMPLE, this reunion should be GREAT TIME.
Remember even if you still don't have your classic offshore meet at Jack's, and share some stories. The #7 hotel is only about a mile from the Harbor. For more info go to the Magnum Forum, and look up the Old School Reunion. Hope to see everyone there. Mark

I have some fond memories from Emerald City harbour.
I remember meeting "MR. Mathes" not Jack or Mark, I mean
the real Mathes!
That was back in 1977, He became my first dealer! That place really rocked!
I would really like to go to your reunion, I will try my best.
Regards,
Pepe @ Pantera.
PS, Forgot to mention my first real 80 mph ride I got it in Steve Baum's Maverick w/ Jack @ the controls.

Hello Mark,
I will try my hardest to be there! Specially since Butch is going to be there! I spoke w/ Mc Cleod (interiors) yesterday and told him about it, he says that he will be there also.
Later,
