Pantera pics. from the early days
I thought you all like to see a thread I started back in 2002 on O.S.O. showing pictures from mainly the 70s and 80s that shows some classic pictures from my Family and Pantera Boats. I have been adding more pictures these past couple of days and will continue to do so since I found many more classic pics. over the weekend.
Take a look ! http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=32976
Regards,

I just spent 30 minutes looking at all your stuff and recalling all the good old days, sure brings back a lot of great memories. One thing about the old days, we were never afraid to fly em high. Good job with the pix. I missed you at the legends party, would have liked to say hello. I spent a lot of time with Gene Lanham and Odell Lewis, Hope we can get together someday. All the best to the family.
It is always great to hear from you!
the reason I did not go to the reunion is that Linda's mom was not well so she was not up to it, she suggested that I go,
BUT as you know we have been a "team" and felt like she should have been there w/ me after all this time!
On the other hand Jo said if you don't go dad, I don't want to go.
We have so many pics that our career/ life is well documented, I can see any pic from back in the day and transport myself to an era that boating was simple and fun!
Racing back then was such great fun, I thank God that I have been blessed to be part of an era that will not be duplicated for good or bad. The real Miami Vice days!
I remember hanging in the pits drinking beer w/ the likes of Joel Halpern, Billy Elswick, Rocky Aoky etc
What about the "LE CLUB" races in Ft Lauderdale? That was great ,ahh.... so many great memories!!!

Hello LS,
Le Club was more of a happening!
I won modified class in 1979 after blowing 2 OB's and finishing on one engine over Harry-O (32' Cobra) I cherish that trophy!
If you like old pics and memorabilia from days gone by, feel free to stop by, we are off the Palmetto Xway and 66 St, close to Miami Int airport.
