I know what their like, we had for years a Bertram 28 with 2 shaft driven 351 Windsors, then a 36 foot Carver on 350 Chevs.
Friend of ours was the late Brian Fisher whom raced "CamStar"
Great days when the boys raced on the bay, 2 or 3 times a year.
Hey happy to take you for a ride in my little Jaguar,its on Motec and pumps out serious hp.
When I raced this 'Stang my pocket was often empty due to the Avgas it drank.

Its too bad offshore racing has gone the way it has gone in Australia. There is just no interest in large mono's anymore.

yea it is a shame, but hey at least we watched it.Mate of mine John Maher a national outright drayway champion, fixed a motor for Glass one year when it let go in "The Cig"
