Default Lowenbrau Velocity promo boat.

I have a 30 race boat used for promo( throwin key chains , coozies and stuff on the intracoastal in Fla) in the 80's. This was when Stepp broke the 100 mph v hull record. It's history is in Mass. back to 89. It's not the lowenbrau blue anymore, though I wish it was as I saw it back then. Anybody know anything? I've had it for the last 12.

Who's that? The boat is an 81. It came to a buddy in 89 through 1 of the Glucks in Fla. At the time it had Hawk 550's in it and a bare cabin.

This is the 30 that I have that needs a new home. I would love to get to the bottom of the story before it leaves me, whenever that may be.

Talk to Steve or Kenny at Velocity in Sanford, FL and they can probably fill you in on the history. Good luck.

We raced back in the early 80s a 30 Velocity that we got from Gene Whipp that was suppose to be the first V to break 100 Mph
it had a full metal plate attached to the transom,
it was raced as Air Brook Limo Service M44 APBA out of NJ.
not sure if this is the same 30 Velocity
Have photos of it as Air Brook

Thank you
Jim

Doesn't sound right. I don't know that it ever raced. It was a baby blue, sort of, almost pearl. I asked Steve once but it didn't ring a bell.
