Calling all Sleekcraft Owners
I'm sick of sleek info being hard to find, and spread out between multiple forums. That's fine for discussion and troubleshooting, but I want general information in one spot.
So, considering most of the world is on facebook, I started a group. Up your pictures, I have already started gathering data about hulls, etc, and it's all going to be on there. Join up, post some pics, and let's nail down the history and information about these boats before it fades away into history. Should also help us get parts for each other.

Sleekcraft
I've owned two Sleekcraft boats, when they were built in California, before moving to Lake Havasu City.
First was a 20' SST w/ Merc 2.4 on Carbs...ran high 80's, and the 2d was probably the one and only Offshore boat that Bruce built in 1987...it was a 28' Enforcer rigged with a Richie Zul
468" bigblock and one of the first Bravo Drives produced by Mercury. It didn't even have an inside oil reservoir! The boat ran under the name "Snakebite" and was the scourge of the Northeast race circuit, winning all 9 divisional races entered in 1988, claiming title to
"Northeast Divisional High Points",
"Northeast divisional Class Champion", and
"Northeast American Champion Series winner"...then went to the first SBI World Championship in Key West, winning back-to-back 1st place finishes for the 2 race circuit, claiming the World Championship for "A" class.
I have some pics and will post as soon as I can figure out how.

Yep. Sleek enthusiasts, and I recently uploaded brochures, flyers, advertisements, and patents regarding the Aristocrat/SST hulls. Lots of fun information about a pretty awesome company!
