I don't know the name of the marina, but there is a 38 Canopied Signature for sale in Freeport Long Island. The canopy is UGLY-more of a box with windows. Check craigslist LI, it was listed there recently.

we have a 27' signature in Chicago, less the engine,trannys,gimbals,drives , tabs , needs a bulk head replaced, 2k, no trailer also. it is in the back of the yard and filling up fast!.
