Don't have a firm boat count. Have had inquiries, and have also learned a bit about another event that apparently had some issues with their charity donation that has some people wondering about our event. Time will tell, but we already have several hundred dollars in donations from people who are unable to attend but wanted to contribute. We will be there, and we are going to enjoy the lake and dinner with friends. Please come and join us, and for those of you who are uncertain of our motive, you can always write a check straight to Double H...
Shirts are done and on the way, some silent auction goodies are on the way, and great weather is on the way! A little more info about Double H Ranch. We are happy to be able to support the work they do. Hopefully in years to come our contribution will continue to grow. I am also attaching a .jpg of the final shirt design.
I would also like to personally thank the members here who have emailed us offering to contribute even though they may not be attending the event, your support is greatly appreciated.

Bob, Donna and I would like to personally thank the attendees who joined us in Lake George NY and supported the first annual Adirondack Roundup.
As you may know, the purpose of this years event was to promote the good work the Double H Ranch is doing for children with serious illnesses, and raise some money to help them with their mission. For those of you unfamiliar with their work,*The Double H Ranch, located in New York’s Adirondack Park, is a demonstration of the commitment and generosity of philanthropist Charles R. Wood and actor Paul Newman. Since the Double H officially opened its doors on July 4, 1993, it has served over 20,000 children dealing with life-threatening illnesses from around the world. It was the second “Hole in the Wall Camp” in what has become a worldwide network of not-for-profit recreational and therapeutic experiences for children with serious illness.
Perfect weather, great boating, excellent food and GREAT friends old and new made this a weekend for the records. *Mother nature cooperated as only she can with sunny days, clear waters and a spectacular couple of evenings under the stars. The boats were beautiful, the running unimpaired, and the scenery was incredible.
The Donzi Marine Restoration Society is thrilled to announce we were able to donate $1,400.00 to the Double H Ranch . *Thank you again for your generosity, we hope to see you at next years roundup July 17 - 20, 2014!
