I always thought they made 11 - 28 Barons. I had one with twin Olds 440 engines with Merc drives. My friend had installed the big engines. I bought it from him. Very cool boat! They came from the factory with 351 fords with Volvo drives or 165 MercCruiser 6 cyl Chevys with Small merc drives.

i think I have to agree with you there... but the somewhat original state seemed pretty cool to me.

----The best starting place for a restoration of a Baron that I have seen, BUT,,,,,,You guys are correct on the overpriced part. Unkown engine condition, as well as several other things mentioned, along with whatever isnt mentioned bring the value way down. Originality of the guages and interior is a big plus, though!........Bill S
