Australian Magnum 28 footers?

Nothing on trade a boat or Boat point.
I suspect there all long gone,with broken backs and hull issues.
There is a thread on here and OZ Boat racers. about one of the ex Dean boats that burn't to the ground about 5 years ago.
For me I'd like to find one of the 28 foot single Merc Magnums,read somewhere one was in Geelong VIC,suspect its long gone to God.
The last owner of "The Cigarette" OZ one still had its motors and legs about 5 years ago,he also owned a 50s powered V12 Allison hydro,if thats your thing?

Thanks Pete ,I can remember you posting this ...now once before.
Do you think Swoosh V was converted back to a single Merc,so as it could run class 2,as by then there were far quicker boats on the scene?
The old Camstar,would be a nice boat to find and restore,as it ran one only Merc,restore and put in a "crate motor' in.

I should ring up David Fisher and ask him who his dad sold Camstar to.And go from there.
Irish (Kevin) would know as he did the work on the boat and also from memory was crew.
