The Eliminator 23 Daytona Offshore would be an excellent choice for some chop on say Lake Havasu in the afternoon. All the Daytona models are now true classics. The 23 Offshore got some more freeboard and some of them were laid up with Kevlar49. A repower with a single 300R and 24"-30" setback would be a very cool ride. If it's a jet or I/O, well then it would take at least 500 hp to get into the triple digits.

Here's a good thread on ScreamAndFly: Daytona 23 with single 275 hp Johnson V8.

The Riverdavesplace forum has also many Eliminator Daytona 23 members onboard.
