I'm running a 34' Baja cc, 2 x 250xs 's, 23" Mirage+ 62mph best day, 60 everyday. Diffrent guy, same boat running 250's runs 55 all day. 48 sounds somethings not right, engine height, props, dropped cyclinder?

engines run great, height and props are definatily an issue.

Default Setup

First of all ditch the mirage props and switch to tempest plus. Much better bow lift. You will gain 2-3mph. I have a similar hull to yours, but With 300x. I also like the rev 4 props, but the best prop has been the tempest plus. Lab finished bravo with vent holes is also good. You will have to adjust engine height slightly according to whether using 3 or 4 blade props.
Now for something which i have found through testing. These hulls hate small pitched props. Obviously you dont wont to damage the engines running a high pitch prop at low revs. But in my case i can swing 23 and 21 pitch props at almost the same revs with 2-3 mph faster with the 23 props. Must be the better bow lift, perhaps due to different rake? There will be a substantial fuel consumption increase using the larger props, so i usually have 2 sets

good info, how long does it take to change engine heights usually ?? and fuel consumption already sucks !! I burned 200 gallons from FLL to KW and thats just under 200 miles.
