What hole should the motors be mounted on the bracket? 275 Mercury? Show me a few pictures…. 2005 36ft

My suggestion is to give Concept a call. They've been very helpful to me in the past.

I did and there response was to call mercury…
not very helpful at all.

Surprised and disappointed by this.. My other suggestion is to go to the Facebook Concept owners page. You may have better luck there.

Hey Baja this is Joey I used to work for Concept, first off what is happening that you need to change to location of the mounting of the motor?

just bought the boat and it looks like someone changed the height of the motors. Not sure why but I thought I would ask . Wanted to know what the factory setting was. Few people said all the way up. Mine are set in the middle hole.

With the Bracket they were mounted on the third hole but some customer would raise it up all the because they wanted to get more speed but the problem with that they would loose water pressure. In the middle you will be fine and if you want to rectify just put a long straight bar and measure from the bottom of the cavitation plate to the bottom of the hull if they are even then your motors are at the correct height.
