Went to the local boat store yesterday (West Marine). I found 5200, 4200, and 3000 which was not listed as an adhesive. They had slow cure and fast cure of the above. I did not see 4800 or 3200. Guess I'll look at Boat US today.

I personally would go with double sided tape. Much less mess to deal with and you can precisely control where your adhesion is on the back side of the part. This is what Heritage and other manufactures use. Double sided tape is also used by auto manufactures to secure trim parts such as fender flares, etc.

their are definately some worthy 2 sided tapes out their. and they may easier to remove than with 4200.
