96# injectors, my boost reading peaked @ 5250. I didn't look at if after that, if may have been growing but with the 2 bar map all I got was 15 and change. interesting that I didn't look. I was focused on getting another few pulleys and calculating what size i needed. Then the next size longer belt was 8 inches longer, which is an issue as I have no way to take up that much slack. Today we found the 58t pulley fit with no tensioner but was a little too tight. The 56T fit good. The plan is a few pulls in the morning to see if the boost is going to be acceptable to us using pump gas. When we saw the boost that high that early and the HP/TQ more than we need we didn't look at anything but working on a pulley combination that would work with the belts available, so I didn't look at the duty cycle of the injectors but can say the base set up left room to grow.. I hope to know more tomorrow. I expect 15psi @ 6400 or somewhere near that. i have race fuel at my dock but would rather not go there if i will have plenty of power with pump gas.

Finally... I agree. I hope the boost is acceptable and tuning can begin and the motor can get in the boat by next week. The Procharger was a challenge for sure, but man do they make some power. When I build the twin to this one for my twin cat it will go much easier, lol

by the way the numbers I posted were observed not corrected, corrected was about 10% additional across the board. the 58T blower pulley was installed and we got just under 15psi @ 6000 rpm, We didn't take it further because the system was lean 13.1. the fuel pressure was dropping off. The plan is to upgrade the crossover lines on the fuel rail to -8s. one is a -6. I hope that takes care of it. The pressure under boost was 60 @ 5500 and by the time we let off @ 6000 it was 55psi.
I am going to look for some injectors also, anyone know of something below a 160# that's just a large jump from 96# we have. but the fuel pressure needs to be stable first.
I hope this does not turn into some big project, like the rails not flowing enough or something else. i need to call Accel.

I just found some, Accel makes them also. but thanks. Once the dyno fuel system is up to the task I will know better if the 96's will work. I figured @ 70psi they would support 1250hp using a BFSC of .6 to compensate for the extra fuel needed for the blower.
What did you use for fuel pressure, injectors, fuel rail and size of line to and at the rails (crossovers). I am not worried about the boat I have -12 suction and -10 pressure. but the system on the dyno is not keeping up. the pressure is dropping off over 5500 rpm's. And I installed the pump out of the boat Aeromotive good for 1400hp. It helped keeping stable pressure to 6000prm the pump on the dyno fell off over 5500rpm. I hope it is the -6 crossover on the fuel rail... I will know more soon I hope. If not then its vacuum test and pressure test in various locations to find out where the issue lays.

3/4 pick-ups, -12 to the Weldon 2345, -12 to Y block, -8 to both fuel rails. 5/8 rails, -8 from rails to high flow Weldon regulator, -8 back to tank.
160lb injectors, 45psi at idle, 60psi at 15lb boost.
