The pressure lines were put to a Y block and separate -8 feeds to the rails, then a regulator was put in separate from the regulator on the rails that came from Accel. @ 5900 the pressure was steady and then the belt goes flying, lol. pretty sure its because the tensioner had to go under the belt due to the tension on the belt and placement of the groove cut into the bracket. we didn't want to make another cut into the pulley just to see what boost we would get. we hoped it would make it thru a run then if it was ok we would mill a new slot for the tensioner.
So the 70T crank pulley should be in tomorrow (Saturday) will give us some belt slack and the tensioner will be able to go where planned, on top of the belt. the boost should be reasonable I figure 14 or so @ 6400.
Then just maybe all the money and hard work will pay off and we can start on tuning the beast.
The Aeromotive Eliminator puts out 950# of fuel @ 60psi which would support 1461HP. in an EFI boosted application. They are rated for 1900hp non boosted.
If the stars align should have it dialed, and Tuesday I hope to have it in the boat.... Sounds like I said that a month ago didn't I.... I gotta say we are in uncharted territory but its being done right and will be something to be proud of when its all done....

Wow..... I recognized the name and just read this entire post, as rookie (with some formal education) I am dazzled and impresed with yours knowledge. I run with BJ on Onieda Lake and he speaks highly of you. Hope to get up to your place and see this in person some day.

No ..However after our buddy Mikeys Scarab ran even with him I know he is motivated.
I will give him a call in the am when I head to the local lake (Walenpaupack) tomorrow.
I have that date open and would be intrested, is there a limit on size. I just upgraded to a 1997 Baja 240 (small by the standards here). I'll take a 20 min head start or stay back 10 and let the water settle .
Looking forward to meeting either way.

After the fuel changes we got it to 6500 but it starts to lean out @ 6200 pressure drops off. With the 70T crank and 58T blower its 14.8psi @ 6500. 1100hp I am sure to pickup 50-75hp once we get ,more fuel to it.
I am calling Weldon Monday... At least we can start tuning it up to about 5500rpm before the fuel drops off. Hope to get it dialed then swap the pump get the top end set and drop it in the boat...
Gary, is your pump continuous duty or do you use there fuel controller?

Continuous duty, don't care for the controller, the 2025 -12 would work for you. With the 120s you could tune with 40 psi at idle and have extra at top end. http://www.weldonracing.com/~weldon/...5%20Series.pdf You probably want to use the Weldon stainless filters and regulator, there's a couple for sale on Ebay. Just a suggestion; Get your fuel system worked out, get the VE table close, set your A/F ratios and let the wideband do it's job. Run your data logs in the boat because it will be different than on the dyno.

They told me the 2035 was for drag race only where you would make a couple runs then let it cool for 30 minutes or so. I believe the 2345 is next in line, it's a great pump, been running one since 2002.
