No, I like the jet sound. Plus its all under the hatch. Have you ever sat in front of a Roots blower sticking out of the hatch? You need hearing protection. But the prochargers sound nice in my opinion. What do you think? Have you heard the quiet option? I have not.

I just read about the quiet option on Procharger's site, I don't know if it is available on the M5. Friends of mine have Whipples and Roots, we're all noisey. The wine is a bit loud when you're just cruising, my scoop doesn't help.

I met Jim in 02 when I was powering my boat, I agree he really knows his stuff. You might want to talk with him about EFI. My boat is in their modified performance section, they used to use the engine in their ads. Old news now and really no big deal but fun to see it there.

Build Update
Engine block Merlin III 10.2 with billet mains. Callies 4.375 crank and rods. Ross pistons, custom solid lifter cam, AFR 357's inconel valves, Accel DFI. Soon as the machine shop (Performance Marine) gets the parts and machines the block I will get it for assembly and take pictures.
