Well good thing I pulled it out before the season started, theres some pieces missing.
Two blades are broken in half.. sooooo where should I start looking for the missing parts? Oil cooler right.

funny thing i got my boat new never new about the pump i put 700hours on it and all the fins were missing so i change mine 300hours so far good luck . i run mine in fresh water so that helps.

Every year do impellers and thermostats in the spring.I have been getting away from oil and grease as a prelube as I think it makes the impellers soft.Used power steering fluid this year but KY is probably better might use that next year.

i change mine every spring,i use white lithim grease to lube it,never install it dry,the white grease washes out right after initial startup,i beleive 2 years should be the longest on the impeller.
