Alpha 1 gen 1 again..
Hi,thanks to members helping me to solve shift cable problem.
now I can remove the outdrive.other problem is that on my port drive there is much play on the upper and lower steering pins,shifts more than 1/2 inch forward and back.Anybody have good adress or methods of repairing my gimball.

Call JR Marine 440-946-8717 has a great gimbal exchange program, sent mine on monday he got it today and sent my new one out the today, there is alot of useful info on his web site also wwwjrmarine.com reasonable prices as well plus Ron Bender answers the phone himself very friendly and helpful
