Just got a 5 quart jug at Wal Mart in Avon Ohio yesterday. May pick up a few more if it is that hard to find. 25 bucks

advance had 5 qt and filter of mobil one for 32 bucks forget to see if they had the 15-50

They have 15w-50. I got 15qts a couple weeks ago, but had go to 2 stores.

What are the thoughts on the Valvoline VR1 oil?
20-50 or sae50 @4.59 qt

I've been using the Valvoline VR1 50 for many years without any problems. I change oil every 25 to 30 hours on my 700's. After talking w/ Valvoline I will be changing to the 20/50 VR1 this spring so it's easier on the motors on cold Idaho mornings! I wouldn't use any other oil.
