Default Replacing quicksilver throttles?

Is there a simple conversion that can be installed. I would like something that has the seperate sticks for engaging the drives and the throttles.

I wish it would be that inexpensive. I have twins, so I am guessing Livorsi or Gaffrig. Maybe I'll get lucky and find a set from someone with a trashed boat

check eBay and look for Zero effort controls....or morse...typical ones you will find on offshore boats in the 80's and 90's

Thanks for the tip! I did see a nice set of Zero Effort controls on Ebay. I think they would look great in the boat and would be much better than what is in there now. I guess I will have to get some measurements to make sure they would fit and then figure out what I would have to get to connect everything. More stuff on the list for the project hahahaha

Continue searching e-bay/craigslist. Did mine last year.

Get this: found a guy 2 hours away that was parting out a boat like mine, with the Morse controls. The whole assembly was torn down and in a box, loose springs, ball bearing detents, everything. Had to spend some time searching for a manual to make sure I got them all put together properly.

Controls and cables: $200.00.

Just keep searching!
