Maybe i wont have enough :P
There are 4 basic components of the Gas producer.
First gp nozzle which directs the combustion gas and pressure onto the 1st gp rotor
then this rotor directs that energy upon the second gp nozzle. This energy is then finally
sent to the second Gp rotor. remember Nozzles are stationary and rotors spin. The 703 upgrades require
changing out spacers and sealing discs on these two rotors..The two rotors in the gp will be sent to
Jim at PPS for re-balancing.
shown in this picture the two rotors are basically sitting in there positions minus everything else.

ok i know i have mentioned this earlier. see the splined Power shaft at the top. This shaft runs straight thru the compressor
(its shaft is hollow) to the reduction gears at the other end. and it spins opposite (clockwise).
It is not connected mechanically in any way to the GP AKA N1.

If you recall earlier there are two PT rotors and Two Pt Nozzles located in there.
So as to continue post 293 above. The high energy that is expelled form the
GP is focused across this PT section and out the exhaust.
That my friends is basically how the boat moves.

There are only 4 main bearings 3 and 4 are in the hot section( PT).
When the PT is removed the compressor shaft is only sitting on 1 and 2.
Bearing 2 I removed with the diffuser so that means the only bearing left is 1
This is the main reason why i went vertical with the engines.
Basically keeping any load off the pretty little compressor vanes posted earlier.
the parts are starting to come in.
Shown here is the number two bearing housing.
You can clearly see how many holes have been added to aid the cooling in the 703 version

the outer race of the bearing must be removed and installed in the 703 housing.
you can see it in the center on the right.
