Water leaking in bilge area NEED HELP!!!

It wasn't hard just time consuming. I did not pull the engines. The point of Jr's system is not to pull. If the steering pin is loose and or leaking good chance you got some wear on the ring and bell housing. You can send that stuff to him and he will measure to make sure it's OK. Good guy to work with, almost always answers his cell.

Can someone explain to me why the water is coming in from the top? I have been looking at the jr marine video and it looks like the water is coming in from the top.
Is there a seal at the top?

I had the stering pin in my Bravo leaking and it was not that much water so I would say there is another leak also. It would cause my bilge to run about every hour and a half of sitting in the water.

Yea that's about the time maybe 15 min. But if looking at the video it looks like it is coming in from on top of the swivel shaft. According to the diagram there is a seal there. I was wonder if this is where the water normally comes in.
