Default Finally stopping trim tab pump leaking

Even bought leak proof caps. (Not). Walk into performance marine with my caps. And with in 2 minutes Jason and Rick came up with a fix and handed me a few parts. No more puking caps

that's a good idea, only now you'll have to update to braided stainless, billet cap on res and tank plus some nice stainless bulkhead straps

you might wanna run that clear hose closer to the bottom of the overflow tank, so it draws fluid back in instead of air.

Shouldn't matter. There is still air in the resvoir tank anyway. The fluid is sucked from the bottom of the tank. Only way to suck air into the pump is if a hose breaks in the tank or you run low or out of fluid.

Problem was. They are mounted on the front engine room bulkhead. Caps are on the low side. You have to fill almost to the cap so you would suck air. Tested it this morning. Works great. Not a drop anywhere
