Default Repair stripped threads Gil exhaust risers

I have at least two bolt holes in my Gil big block exhaust manifolds that are stripped. Can anyone recommend a tried and true permanent or semi permanent fix (in place, without pulling the motors, etc...)?
Helicoil, fix-a-thread, EZ lok, drill and retap larger, etc...?
Thanks,
Tom
