Thank you for the clear instructions. Boat is getting dash pieces powder coated and interior being installed right now so once I have it back I will dig in and report back in 10 days or so.

Finally think I got the issue addressed. Cleaned fuel tank filter (gunk in there), cleaned cooling coil and filter, replaced fuel pump (it was corroding). Pressure is now a steady 43psi at idle and full throttle, much better than 70psi I was getting. Motor runs smooth all the way up to 4,800rpm at 54mph GPS. It should do around 60mph but up trim stopped too early so tweaked limits and will try again. 3000rpm yields 30-36mph depending on trim. Props are 22P on Bravo III. I still have the Starboard side riser and manifold heating up significantly more. Left side is tolerable to touch. Will be checking bravoitis again for flow restrictions. Going to take it out tomorrow for a longer shake down run.
