So I haven't lost me mind, I don't have the available tests the manual claims I should. Just power balance, and when I get into it, it says to toggle up and down to select a spark to disable, but it never moves off A and even when I hit "test" the screen doesn't move and the motor does nothing.
Super frustrating.

So I hooked up a regular old spark plug tester, set gap to .060 and 3/8 cylinders didn't have visable spark... To have 3 dead cylinders seems impossible.

That's a bummer, should be able to get latter revision to the techmate software (Rev 6.0) and should update.
Loosing cylinders would not surprise me at higher rpm, it would be what I would suspect

I replaced 4/8 of the coils, replaced that oil pressure sender and rewired the two wires at the top of the risers (were beat up). Did new wires while I was at it. Now I have the following codes. 41 and 81

A quick Google of 41 shows it could be triggered by coils not meeting spec which means the computer probably doesnt like my auto parts store coils. Can I narrow down which coil is triggering the fault from these two codes? 81 doesn't make sense to me and I can't find good info.

To wrap this whole thing up, the boat ran amazing today. I guess the inductor bar rusting away over the last few years had such a gradual decline in power I didn't notice it was fading until it was BAD. She was so fast today I scared the kids. Thanks for the help. Code or not she didn't seem to care. Still going to chase it and move that coil and see if the fault moves. But happy for now.
