Edit: i make mistake when pressurising exhaust...
Explain more please, what iam testing with that?
After pulling risers off i take sparknplugs off, checked cylinder pressures, change new oil and run engine without water 20seconds to get fresh oil everywhere.

Normally when engine is on boat i have those silent choice systems. Hole in the pipe goes down straigh after riser exhaust pipe. Now when i test engine i have straight pipes. Could that be reason why i have water in my exhaust and oil?
Before i have 5.7 small block, this big block came me last autum. Its been sinking and inrebuid it...

Silent choice should have no issue

Having oil coming out the exhaust is a problem.
Is oil on one side of motor or both?

Ok thanks
if it was my motor I would remove the intake. For that much water and good compression, and no water in cylinders I would think intake gasket

When the the DIY press tester was used at 1.2 bar (17.4 psi), did you pressurize cooling sys then shut off incoming air and monitor leak down rate or just pressurize and listen? Did you pull oil fill cap and listen there?

When i yesterday remove risers there is lot off water laying bottom off manifold. And if intake leaks then it woulf keep pressure 1 hour.

Yesterday i tested risers and manifolds and make one mistake, idont plug exhaust side good enought and pressured air get in exhaust and i think they leak...
I take risers off and put some rtv both side between risers and manifolds gasket because i want to be sure that gasket wont leak. That is olny for testing...
Now i plug them better and all risers and manifolds are good, they dont leak when pressurized.
Now i cant be sure is my gasket leaking without rtv, because i make mistake.
Or then my test piping make reversion...
Maybe i have to make someking dry exhaust system next time when running motor to be sure there is nothing else going on...
Sorry my bad english.
